Dyno Services

We are proud to announce the completion of our brand new dyno cell! Capable of running any engine up to 10000rpm, 1000bhp and 850ftlbs of torque. Equipped with a multitude of sensors and a state of the art data acquisition unit, we can test and tune every engine we run for ultimate performance and reliability.

We constantly monitor a number of parameters on every engine we run. These include:

  • Cell temperature, pressure & humidity.
  • Air intake temperature.
  • Oil pressures and temperatures both in and out of the engine.
  • Water pressure and temperatures both in and out.
  • Fuel pressure.
  • Crank case pressure.
  • Engine vibration.
  • Exhaust temperatures on every cylinder.
  • Lambdas on every cylinder.

Besides constantly monitoring the above parameters on every engine we run, we have the capabilities to expand the data we can acquire when desired. When an engine or a customer requires something more unusual or specialist, we can install a multitude of sensors into one of the channels listed here:

  • 12 Lambda channels
  • 16 Thermocouples
  • 8 Pressure Transducers
  • 10 auxiliary digital inputs
  • 6 auxiliary analogue inputs

As well as monitoring engine performance, we can also offer a huge amount of control over the dyno cell itself. Running both high and low pressure fuel systems up to 150psi, voltage and current regulated ignition power supply and climate control from our military spec air conditioner/heater (capable of suppling air temperatures of -5°c). We also have a collection of cameras and microphones constantly recording the engine, cell and exhaust stacks ensuring nothing goes unnoticed.
